Fionna is the older of the two sisters. She has struggled with Depression her whole life. She was diagnosed with anxiety in January 2019. Finally, she was diagnosed with ADHD in December 2020. The trifecta. Despite the struggles, Fionna has finally become a lawyer after six years and three failed attempts of taking the bar exam. Medication helps her keep a balance, her past and current therapy is was helps her become successful. As Fionna discovers how helpful the combination of therapy and medication can be, she shares with the world the steps she is taking to improve her life everyday. Fionna is the most vulgar of the two sisters and is often considered to be the “mean” sister. In reality, Fionna is a loving and caring sister to her little bitch sister, Aquzana… and to everyone else.
My name is Zana and I just graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering. It took me seven Zana just graduated with her degree in mechanical engineering after struggling with her mental health through 7 years of college. In her third year of college, Zana realized that she was experiencing burnout after her lack of self care. After seeking help, Zana was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Depression. Her journey of ups and downs began as she was determined to complete her degree. She learned that not all people she encountered in life were understanding of her experiences and feelings. Through her two part time jobs on campus, Zana began spreading awareness of mental health by being open about her own experiences to help encourage others to normalize discussions around mental health. In this podcast, Zana’s goal remains the same and she hopes to spread awareness and help others who struggle with their mental health by bringing her own experiences and struggles to the table.
